Azienda Agricola Montefioralle - small family-run chianti classico winery. The main production is high quality wine in limited quantities (about 10.000 bottles every year). With only 2 hectars of vineyard they are one of the smallest sized winery among the consortium of chianti classico wine producers. Every year Azienda Agricola Montefioralle produces 3 different kinds of red wine and 1 very good vin santo:
- Chianti Classico
- Chianti Classico Riserva
- IGT “Monteficalle”
- Vin Santo del Chianti Classico
Chianti classico (2005 vintage) was bottled on the first days of September. The wine will be put on sale on December, after a refining period in bottle. The winery organizes private wine tastings by appointment arranged in advance. According to the request it is possible to organize the tasting in the wine-shop on the main road of Montefioralle or on the premises of the winery just outside the hamlet.
